What homeowners must verify
- The legal entity that will sign the agreement.
- Current credentials required by the responsible state or locality.
- Insurance, references, comparable completed work, and who supervises the site.
- Service area, availability, project-type fit, and any subcontracted responsibilities.
- The complete written scope, exclusions, allowances, changes, warranties, and closeout process.
Publication and indexing rules
Every published state and city page combines company discovery with a substantial planning resource, Census place context where available, NOAA regional climate framing, property-specific cautions, source links, nearby locations, and relevant guides. The complete geographic inventory is eligible for indexing and enters the XML sitemap automatically.
Some locations also have a deeper municipal or state authority module. The coverage tracker distinguishes that deeper work from the national authoritative base; a page is never described as having city-specific permit research when it does not. Company links are marked to show that inclusion does not transfer Pool Builders HQ editorial authority to an external site.
